Make your way onto your private decking before heading inside. Wrapped by the trees of Kielder Forest, it’s a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The living room/diner comes next, with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player and super-fast Wi-Fi keeping things comfortable, whatever the weather’s doing outside.

Rustle up a home-cooked meal in the kitchen overlooking the forest views, fitted with everything you might need: microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The adjustable worktop, sink and hob mean easy access from a wheelchair, so everyone can get stuck in. Or step outside and make use of the barbeque stand on your private balcony instead. Either way, the in-built dishwasher takes care of the washing-up afterwards.

Step back out onto your private balcony and take in the forest views, whatever the weather. It’s the perfect spot to watch the wildlife go by, fire up the barbeque, or simply sit back and enjoy the quiet beneath the trees.

Three bedrooms await your arrival. The master comes with a king-sized bed for a real treat of a night’s sleep, while next door, a twin bedroom is fitted with an over-bed hoist and its own ensuite shower room, giving guests who need it both independence and comfort. A third room offers a single and bunk bed, ideal for younger guests. Fresh linen, duvets and towels are provided throughout, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
