Park up and step inside through the wide-entry cloakroom, arriving into a bright, open-plan space combining kitchen, living and dining areas. Take a breath here before exploring further.
The bifold doors are calling. Moving through level access and wide doorways, your own private terrace awaits, complete with outdoor seating, a charcoal barbeque and a bubbling jacuzzi hot tub. It’s the ideal place to soak in the forest air, morning or night.
When it’s time to eat, the modern kitchen has you covered: electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Nespresso machine to start the day properly.
For lazier evenings, retreat to the snug. With its own TV and a comfy sofa-bed for up to 2 additional guests, it’s built for films, board games or simply doing nothing at all.

The downstairs double bedroom has a fully accessible ensuite wet room fitted with grab rails and a shower seat, plus a walk-in dressing room. A separate downstairs toilet keeps mornings simple. Upstairs, a separate shower room serves the second bedroom.

Back inside, the downstairs double bedroom is built for comfort and ease alike. A king-size bed takes centre stage, while the fully accessible ensuite wet room comes fitted with grab rails and a shower seat. A walk-in dressing room gives you space to spread out. Climb the stairs to a second king-size bedroom, easily converted to a twin if needed, complete with a Juliet balcony of its own. Next door in the snug a comfy sofa-bed has space for an additional 2 guests.
