What this accommodation offers
After parking up, you’ll enter through the cloakroom into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. From here you’re free to explore.
Downstairs, the modern kitchen includes everything you might need: electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee. Alongside the living space, you’ll also find a ground floor king-sized bedroom with ensuite.
Step out onto your private decking. Level access flooring and bifold doors lead the way to outdoor seating, a charcoal barbeque and your very own jacuzzi hot tub – the perfect spot to soak up the sights and sounds of Kielder Forest.
Head upstairs to a second king-sized bedroom with an additional pull-out bed, complete with its own Juliet balcony and a separate shower room just along the hall. Or unwind in the snug. This cosy separate room upstairs comes with its own TV and a comfy sofa-bed for up to 2 extra guests.

The downstairs master bedroom has a fully accessible ensuite wet room complete with grab rails and shower seat for those who need it. Upstairs, a separate shower room serves the second bedroom, with a separate downstairs toilet meaning no queuing on busy mornings.
