Following Saturday’s announcement from the Prime Minister regarding Covid-19, unfortunately Calvert Kielder will have to temporarily close our Self-catering and Activity provisions from Thursday 5 November 2020.
Please note that the lockdown measures do not impact on our Care Services and these remain fully open providing essential services to our guests.
These new lockdown measures are subject to Parliamentary approval, however on a positive note, based on Government guidelines we will be able to re-open our Self-Catering and Activity provision on Thursday 3 December, so it’s not too long to wait.
Our priority is of course to contact those who have a booking during this period. Our staff team will be contacting guests regarding individual bookings over the next few days, so please bear with us at this difficult time. We will be contacting our guests in order of their dates of stay to discuss your options. Please be patient whilst we work through the contact process.
Over the coming weeks we will continue to communicate using social media and via our website so please make sure you are following us to hear our latest news.
